Renč Korper
A successful litigator for over 21 years,
Mr. Korper has focused primarily on
the lemon law since 1996. He has extensive trial experience, including over
50 cases tried to jury verdict.
He also has considerable appellate
experience – including, the published decision in
Jiagbogu v.
Mercedes-Benz USA, which successfully thwarted multiple efforts to diminish
the remedies available to consumers under California’s lemon law, and, most
recently, the decision in Mexia v. Rinker where the Court of Appeal
significantly expanded the consumers rights under the implied warranty of
merchantability.
Mr. Korper
received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Los
Angeles, and his J.D. from Southwestern University.
Jeremy Snider
Mr. Snider joined the firm in October of 2009. Mr. Snider’s practice
areas include lemon law and consumer fraud.
Mr. Snider received his Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego
State University in 2005 and his law degree in December 2008 from California
Western School of Law in San Diego. During Law School, Mr. Snider received
academic achievement awards in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Pre-Trial
Practice.
Mr. Snider was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2009. He
is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
Central and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the
American Bar Association, the Litigation and Civil Rights sections of the
Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and
Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He also actively volunteers
his time with the Community Development Project of Public Counsel, the
largest pro-bono public interest law firm in the country. Mr. Snider is an
avid sports fan, and enjoys bowling and playing tennis.
